About the event
Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) combines low-frequency vibrations and meditative soundscapes that help to induce relaxation, stimulate the limbic nervous system, and promote mind-body coherence. The experience aims to promote deep relaxation, alleviate anxiety, and enhance overall well-being. Danny will start with a grounding practice followed by a visual guided mediation to help you drop into a deep meditative state to promote vibrational healing.
Suggestions to make yourself more comfortable; small pillow, extra blanket, and eye mask.
