VibroDeck Purchase Policy

Thank you for choosing the VibroDeck! We value your business and strive to provide high-quality custom orders to meet your needs. To ensure a clear understanding of our sales terms, we have outlined our Custom Order Sales Policy below

VibroDecks Custom Made to Order

  1. Definition of Custom Orders

    • Custom orders are defined as any product that is specifically tailored to customer specifications, including but not limited to personalized designs, bespoke dimensions, and unique configurations.

  2. Order Confirmation

    • Upon receiving your custom order request, we will provide a detailed order confirmation. This will include specifications, pricing, and an estimated delivery date.

    • A non-refundable deposit of [X]% is required to initiate the production of your custom order. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to shipment.

  3. Production Timeframe

    • The production time for custom orders will vary depending on the complexity and availability of materials. We will provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.

    • We strive to adhere to the estimated timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to material shortages or external supply chain disruptions.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Defective Returns

    • We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective custom order, you are eligible for a return and replacement or refund.

    • Defective returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the product. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues.

  2. Return Process

    • Upon approval of the return request, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
